R.I.D.E. TARANG 24 – Hosting District 3131 🌟

We had the privilege of hosting 8 amazing delegates from District 3131 – Pratiksha, Mitesh, Sidhhesh, Vivek, Vidhya, Aradhya, Divyesh, and Gaurav – for the R.I.D.E. TARANG 24, a 3-day event packed with unforgettable moments, cultural exchange, and camaraderie.

Day 1:
We welcomed our guests at the railway station and dropped them at their hotel. After a refreshing breakfast, we visited the Mata Lachmi Rotary Institute for the Deaf, where we had the opportunity to witness the incredible efforts being made to educate and empower deaf and mute students. After a fulfilling lunch, we visited the DPT Port for a tour. Though we faced some delays, special thanks to Saajan Patel for securing permission. The port tour, including a vessel operation demo and tug ride, was a highlight of the day. We capped off the night with a vibrant Garba celebration at RAMADA.

Day 2:
We began with a visit to the Rotary Forest along with Rtn. Ghela Ahir and Rtn. Rohit Hadiya, followed by a hearty breakfast amidst nature. Lunch was kindly sponsored by Rtr. Jaydeep Gajjar at Madhuban, giving us another chance to bond over good food. The evening brought us to the Zonal Event hosted by RAC Gandhidham Yuvas, where we exchanged letterheads with other districts and enjoyed another fun-filled Garba night. The day ended on a sweet note with an ice cream party sponsored by Rtr. Ankit Ratani at Parth Ice Cream.

Day 3:
After breakfast, we set off for Bhuj, where we explored the Smritivan Earthquake Memorial Museum and Vande Mataram Bhujodi, diving into the rich history and heritage of the region.

Throughout the event, we created countless memories, playing UNO cards, participating in games like Dumb Charades, and simply enjoying each other’s company. The delegates were incredibly sweet, understanding, and full of energy. Hosting them was truly a memorable experience, and R.I.D.E. TARANG 24 will forever remain close to our hearts.
